[GAMEPLAY] Vi's ultimate icon shows it is off CD when it's not.

Vi's ultimate icon shows it is off CD when it's not when Shyvana uses her ultimate right as Vi uses her ultimate. The ultimate icon shows that it is not on CD anymore when in fact it is to the player. It even showed on the replay as well. Vi's ultimate could of been unusable for the rest of the game as well. Since I know I was in ulty range within shyvana when the nexus was about to exploded since I was furiously hitting R but that could of been just too close to be sure. I was also furiously hitting R off fountain for the first time after my death at the mid lane.

Steps: Vi and Shyvana must ulty at the same time and/or Vi must die
