Caitlyn Attack animation off

Yesterday I was playing Caitlyn with her Headhunter skin and the attack animation was off. Either the bullet would hit way too late and the minion died way before, or I move when the bullet leaves the gun and animation doesn't finish and the shot never goes off. This happened to me several patches ago on the normal skin but has never happened to me on the Headhunter skin. Anyone else have this happen to them recently?

I have 30-50 ping, 120+ fps and smooth gameplay
