[GAMEPLAY] Blackfire Torch still there for bots

1. Play Bot game
2. Play versus a Veigar
3. He will build BlackFire Torch
4. You will double check your store and notice it isn't there
5. Report bug here :)

It appears bots still have BlackFire Torch has an option for an item to build so they still use it.
