League Voice Chat is not working on macOS Mojave 10.14

The reason for this is that due to Apple Privacy Update all applications need to get permission from User/OS to use the Microphone. Since the CLIENT is not asking for permission the user can not accept it.

Fix would be to make sure Client is asking for permission to use the Microphone.
