/Remake

I only write this because it seems to be recurring issue. I've play now two game within a few hours where somebody loads into the game and literally says "sorry guys, remake". and then leaves. Which would be fine . . . if that's actually how remaking worked. That said I feel as if we should be able to remake in this situation too because it was the afkers own choice to leave the game and leave their team stranded to play out a 4v5 until the 20 minutes that we can actually forfeit; even then we get penalized for it by a loss of LP which I think is incredibly unfair. My suggestion to this fix if possible, is to allow the remake option to go when a player has left the game and hasn't returned for a few minutes (in the early game). Or even just make the whole game a loss prevented in ranked. I don't know how the coding on that works so whichever possibility is more do-able I do not care. so long as this gets noticed.
