Game freezes right away, still have audio, can still move cursor

I load into the game perfectly fine, but once i'm in the game it freezes. I can hear audio, I can interact with environment ( open up shop, level spell, type message to teammates) but i cannot see myself doing any of these things, just hearing it. I see 5 champions sitting at base only. When this happen I 'alt+tab' and it does nothing. I 'ctrl+shift+esc' for task manager which doesn't open but does allow me to actually use 'alt+tab' and go to my desktop screen. Successfully open Task manager but it doesn't let me shut down processes because its instantly frozen. I shut down the computer and restart, proceed to load back into game...same thing again. Sorry, English is not my first language.
