client loading screen repatching

almost every time a lag inside the client happens ( freezing,black client ....) and i have to force-close the client (from task manager generally), after i reopen it, i always get a "we have restored .... and the loading screen gets re-patched (around 30mb). is there a fix to this, downloading the loading screen once is ENOUGH
