Can't edit runes in Champion Select

When I click my edit runes, I get the top part of the page where I can edit them, but can't actually do anything. If I close the incomplete panel and click edit again I get the same thing. This prevented me from editing my runes after locking in a champ in a ranked game. That's a problem.
