Can't edit runes in Champion Select

When I click my edit runes, I get the top part of the page where I can edit them, but can't actually do anything. If I close the incomplete panel and click edit again I get the same thing. This prevented me from editing my runes after locking in a champ in a ranked game. That's a problem.

Same bug for me. And a lot of other players in my team get the same as well ... Pls riot, do something xD

+1 from me here too. Running on a Mac. In fact it froze my champ select screen up and I couldn't pick my champ or see anyone else's activity. I could only hear the timer counting down before I got booted.
