Summoner Spells not saving

In the past, when you go into champion-select your summoner spells are set as the ones you had equiped from your last game. This made it very easy to play a new game as the same champion without having to worry about having the right spells selected.

However now when i go into champ select, my summoner spells are always set as cleanse and exhaust. Many others have also experienced this happening . I think this is a bug, since your previous summoner spells shoud be saved over to your next champion select, in witch you can then change them depending on what champion you're playing.

If it's not intended by Riot pls help me fix it :)
