[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser W doesn't allow you to choose the correct target w/ smart cast

When playing Mordekaiser with smart cast turned on, his W does not allow you to choose a target, but instead seems to be targeting the closest ally.

1. Target an ally that is not the closest to him with Mordekaiser's W
2. Nearest ally receives W buff instead of targeted ally

Played an ARAM w/ Mordekaiser and his W would react like this every time I used it until I turned smart cast off
