Mac - Cannot move mouse during defeat/victory screen

My whole mouse freezes and i cannot move it at all! I can switch and alt tab but the mouse will not move again. I have to shut down my macbook every time I play a game. Time to quit? Also the stupid submit a request under the support section does not work either. I go to log in and it redirects me again in a circle. Logs me out and then asks for my log in again and again. This new patch obviously ruined my time!

Same here on PC except I have to use Task Manager to kill the in-game client. Alt-tabbing locks the cursor in the top left of the screen and going back into the game window locks the cursor in the dead center of the screen. Trying to move the mouse snaps the cursor back to the locked position in either instance.
