Items Will Not Drag and Drop [GAMEPLAY]

Very strange bug. Essentially, any item that I purchase in the shop will not move slots. The item can be grabbed (clicked on and dragged around) but I cannot move it to a different item slot. I think that it is very irritating because I have certain slots bound to certain keys on my keyboard. For example, I usually keep righteous glory bond to my scroll wheel (first item slot) but with this bug I cant do that. Meaning that in the middle of a fight Ill have to spend precious time fumbling around searching for whatever number the item is bound to. How to get this bug: 1). Start a queue for ranked. 2). Buy Item 3). Try to drag around This has happened in every ranked game that I have played since the new patch came out yesterday. Unfortunately I do not have any video of the problem or pictures because I did not think that I would need them for a bug report. My apologies.
