Leblanc W+R bug

Leblanc has been bugged since 6.3

When using W(Distortion) and an immediate R(Mimicked distortion) to clear a minion wave in a few occasions the Mimicked Distortion does no damage and puts all your other spells on hold until the Mimicked Distortions return portal has disappeared.

Example:

-Wait for a minion wave to get into position for a W+R clear. -Press W, leblanc dashes towards the minion wave dealing significant damage but not clearing it yet -Press R immediately on the same spot. -The minion wave does not receive any damage from R -Leblanc shortly seems to hover on the spot -Using R or W to return to any portal doesn't work. -Using any of your other spells doesn't work, even though they're off cooldown -After a short while your spells will work again (It seems that you have to wait for the R's return portal to fade.

This has happened to me on multiple occasions in more than one game.
