MATCH MAKING BUGGED (help riot)

When im starting a match in Ranked Solo/Dou and im solo im waiting for the accept bottom and it does show me the accept bottom but when i want to play with my friend Dou i cant because its not showing the accept bottom for me. I tried with couple of friends and it does not showing me the accept bottom and its not saying anything like "you didnt accept" i just cant see it but my friends can...i did a lot of thing to try to fix the bug i downloaded hextech repair tool didnt work,i tried Full Repair in Leagie of Legends client and it didnt work...i dont know what to do HELP ME PLEASE RIOT!!!
