Not gaining LP after wins

I won 1 solo/duo and 1 flex game respectively, both didn't give me LP. I was sitting both on 0LP so no error in the calculation was made.

Riot has already caught this bug and is working to fix the issue. You can expect a fix to these types of issues rather quickly. You can check for updates on the issue with the Service Status.

Do you know if we're actually getting/losing the LP or not?

To my knowledge, these sudden changes in LP gains/losses should not be permanent, but I would suggest staying away from Ranked for a while until Riot can provide an update.
