Rune Page I select isn't the one I end up with ingame

When I select a rune page in champion select it isn't chosen ingame. I have 2 pages named AP and AD respectively, in champ select if I select AD the AP page comes. I even switched to the old client to see if it would work but it doesn't. Another problem which surfaced along with this is that edited rune pages do not save.
