I go on today to look at my rank team that is plat 1, only to find that it says I haven't played my ten games to get rewards! I look at my other teams and they give me the same error. I haven't played on the teams in a month or longer. It may be a glitch, I may still get rewards. I will keep you guys updated on this issue. It has also been two days since I first noticed, may have been weeks since I don't check often.
Rewards are still being handed out, and may take up to a week before you get them. If you did not receive the appropriate rewards by the 18th you can submit a Support Ticket then.

End of season rewards started rolling out today. They're be handed out in waves, and the distribution of the rewards should be completed by end of day on November 18th. If you're concerned about your rank, shoot a ticket over to player support and they'll be able take a better look into your account and provide more information.
