promo bug
hi, i got a problem it my promo games! from bronze 4 tou bronze 3 promo, i win 2 on 3 game, W,L,W, and dont get the promo, still in bronze 4. Why that happen? how can i fix it? thank you

Most likely you had already dropped out of promos due to dodging (dodging in promos counts as a match loss). This is the most common reason this happens.
