Cant reconnect even after 1 hour!!!

Dear riot staffs, I am a true fan of League of Legends but now i am facing a totally strange problem. In this morning I start a rank game and the game ran about 20-26 mins long. (Not sure) After I recalled to base, the system attempt to reconnect. When i see this i usually log out and reconnect back, but this time it doesnt reconnect back. Everytime i try to reconnect back it tells me i have fail to reconnect due to the internet problem, but my internet work perfectly fine, like i can still play other online games. And then I came back after an hour to log in my account again, but the game ask me to reconnect again, still cant connect due to internet problem. I think there is a bug, can you help me?

And it pops up a window Failed to Connect

Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game.

But my internet work fine as f. Please help me........
