East coast ping issues

So I remember when East coast was told ping issues would be fixed. Then I remember when the ping issues got worse and started spiking over 1000 regularly. Riot PROMISED to address these issues (they actually promised to get average under 100) and has refused to touch it. It actually got worse.

ISP is fine, can reliable ping opposite coast with no issue. CAN TRACE ROUTE THE ISSUE!!! You have been provided every piece of information possible to fix the issue that stops an entire region from being able to play your game.

You literally wont do it. Just straight out wont. Gave the game a 3 month break so you could get your sh*t together, but 3/4 of a country is good enough, statistically speaking.

Thanks for paying attention!

I wish it was 3/4s of a country. Its more like 1/4 - 1/2ish Getting 104 ping in North dakota. All my Vancouver and Calgary friends get shit ping as well.

back in s2 and early s3 i think, i had 19 ping. then suddenly, its been at 44 ping average with occasional ping spikes. been like this for a while, been living in san diego my whole life. not sure if something significant happened to the riot's servers and they just never fixed, updated, downdated, or whatever could have gone wrong, but i definitely shed tears at the fact i can notice the difference between 19 and 44 ping.

Yeah I just had a game where I constantly disconnected despite me browsing the internet just fine.

Ping spikes up to the thousands. I've sent in dxdiags and crap for the past two years, and nothing.
