Lock in champion not registering [CLIENT]

Started a rank drafted pick, all good, selected my champion to be banned, all good there, but when i selected my pick to play, Quinn (i preselected Quinn before i could officially pick her, maybe that is the problem) the client wouldn't let me Lock in my selection, i could hear the sound of the button going off but it would not register, the timer was still going but i couldn't lock in, i pressed the button several times, but nothing, then it suddenly disappeared(the button) i couldn't click it, then the client kicked me out for not locking/selecting my champ.
