Stuck in Champion select. [CLIENT]

I've been stuck in Champion Select for the last few minutes. I can talk to people via the chat option in client. However, no one else is responding in the game. If I click exit then it comes up with a pop-up window telling me I'd be penalized for leaving. Just trying to get this fixed. Didn't do anything special. However others in the chat reported that it was lagging. Bans taking awhile or not going through kind of thing. Then our first player wasn't able to select a champ at first. He eventually said it showed him as picking a champ on his screen, but no one else could see it. It's been stuck with the timer ran out since. Added a print screen of what I see. Just trying to get out of this without losing league points.
