Will riot fix project caches missing bug?

I bought the new project bundle when it came out, named first strike bundle, 8000+rp, and i have 3 new skins, and 10 boxes, after i checked the website, there are 4 items missing: 3 champ caches+ project ward

i tried to post this bug on board and riot support, but nobody help me

and i cant buy 3 champ caches in store(750 IP)

as a result, i cant have the 3 new icons, and ashe ekko kat loading board

i found there is link on the riot support website, "[August 2] We are aware of an issue where some players may be missing PROJECT……"

but today, there is nothing
