[CLIENT] Wont launch game

First off, my computer was wonky AF today. My windows wouldnt boot to start off (it was kept on all night, probably windows 10 update restarted and failed to update). I had to unplug all USB devices to get it to get off the windows circle screen. Then chrome wouldnt launch, like clicking the button did literally nothing. So i reinstalled.

I launch league and first thing it did was go into a repair mode, i dont know why but it had to repair?

Started a ranked queue and after the time ran out the game didnt launch and i was brought instantly to the reconnect screen (with a reconnect button).

The button did nothing when clicked.

I tried launching other game modes and they all do the same thing.

Currently running hextech tool to reinstall the patch.

Edit - Hextech tool crashes when trying to repair, always crashes after Gathering Logs stage

Worth noting: I played on thursday and I had a few of the icons from the old honor system but didnt get any notifications. After the client bugged out and wouldnt launch i kept getting notifications for the 4 icons i got.

Going to try reinstalling
