Vayne Silver bolts glitch?

I was fighting a in the top lane I'm gonna say 3-4 days back and I noticed in my death recap it says I was hit by Silver Bolts, her W. As you can see in the bottom right the Vayne was on my team, this was draft pick and I was solo killed, but it still said I was hit by Silver Bolts?

EDIT: At first I thought it might've been runaan's mislabeled but he did not have it when I was killed
