There is currently a bug with vision items

Yesterday while play 3v3 as teemo and a teammate was jhin. every time we would throw out our ward skills, the enemies, mainly dr mundo and ahri (on the other team) were able to see our traps without using vision items. early in the game ahri used the vision trinket to see a few shrooms but for the entire rest of the game they didnt have to use the item to spot shrooms or traps.

Later i was playing lissandra in aram against a teemo, so of course right at lvl 6 i purchased an oracles elixer, the only one on the team to do so, sadly. after my second elixer purchase i stopped buying them and for the rest of the game whenever i came within normal oracles elixer vision range i would be able to spot the shrooms, my team and i used this to our advantage obviously, i was shouting in all chat if any one knew if there was something new that was making me able to spot them. i had no oracles, and no other types of vision items to spot them.

i think once you buy vision items or use trinkets its bugged where you can see stuff permanently. i play teemo alot and both games of course.. there was a teemo. i think this might have something to do with his recent changes to his passive in brush. i have no encoutered this bug in normal summoners rift or siege. and i did save the replays for both games but i have no idea how to link them. it is obvious in both games that there is a clear bug with vision.

if anyone can tell me how to link the saves i will update.
