Loading bug in ranked game

Hello. This is getting annoying. I have to wait for 100 minutes, just because Riot cannot make a stable game. Queu'ed for a ranked game, chose hero, locked in and when the game was about to start - surpise error. Restarted Lol, restarted PC and when I got back - 5 games with 20 minutes wait time for what? And this is not the first time this happended. I am also running World of Warcraft, NFS-Payback, Wolfenstein II The New Colossus, Hearthstone and so on on the same machine so my setup is not the problem. Thank you for finally getting me to shift+delete this game!
