Screen Lock for no reason

I have my LOL Client and in game settings set so that I can move the camera around freely.

Every now and then for no reason the screen locks itself to the setting where I the camera follows my champion and I can only move the camer an inch each way.

I have tried using the short cuts c and y, this does nothing.

The camera next to mini map. I click that and nothing happens.

The only way I can fix this in game is to leave the game and reload it. In ranked this is ridiculous, its costing me games and lp in ranked.

what is causing this and how do I stop it from happening!!! Or at least fix it without dcing and getting reported for it!!
