Frozen In-Game for some reason

I don't know a single thing of why this happens.It happened to me once a couple of months,but it stopped...cough...for now.It happened around late last week in a urf game.I thought it was just once,but now,it continues.Maybe after a few games or even the first game I play for the day.Ether it's the fact I play 1 or more games almost daily or it's the fact that my laptop is crummy with fps(What my brother tells me).I don't know if it's a bug that happens to every few players,but I still don't want to give up League.It's one of the few games I'm actually addicted to,besides me playing too much osu! on a weekly basis.I gived up real league for TFT,so I don't get in trouble for "AFK" even though my game freezes,then I don't get the mission reward I tried to finish.I miss not being able to make LCS plays that I thought I could't do in ranked,ARAM,URF,ARURF,and draft.It doesn't feel the same without me playing Lux or Ahri on a weekly basis.I already have most of Lux's good skins,I really don't want to let that go to waste.Plus,I love the Star Guardians too much,
