Critical error bug, Please help

I've been receiving this error message for about a week now. I have no idea what background application it could be talking about. I even uninstalled Raptr, removed the files, and even went as far as uninstalling my anti-virus and turning off windows firewall. I have no idea why it is I keep receiving this message.

Bump. I'd really like some additional assistance please. This keeps happening to me. I get the message almost every game, sometimes at the start other's in the middle, and it's getting really annoying being forced to DC out of a game and try to reconnect every time.

Relax bro, rito don't care about it :)

I got errors every game-session, sometimes 2-3 times per game since 8.21(!).

I'm playing without any program except LoL/ Without antivirus, voice program etc. Performed clean boot on windows, reinstalled the game, tried to play in window mode etc etc This problem from riot's side, not from players. It's fact. So u must to wait when they'll fix their anti-virus system.

PS after 8.21 we got over 20 new skins. They cares about money only :)
