see ranked stats is always grayed out since a certain update in the preseason
Tried many things but am not able to open the ranked stats. Would appreciate solutions or fixes.

Same. I have had that problem since preseason as well. I even tried logging out of the client and logging back in to see if it is fixed and the button is still grayed out. Perhaps, sending a ticket to Riot may help with screen shots.
