[GAMEPLAY] Zombie Brand passive "Flickers" on sudden movement

On Brand, with the skin Zombie Brand equipped, his passive on either enemy champions or minions, will sometimes "flicker" or explode during rapid movement. So far I have tested it on all maps except Howling Abyss. The Bug occurs on all tested maps, I have however only been able to test the Default skin and Zombie brand skin, and so far only Zombie Brand has this issue.
