Remakes Not working

Had a clear player has disconnected at the begging of a game and she legit did nothing, didnt buy items, moved to the middle of the platform and then nothing.. no one died and yet it did not give us the box to remake this has now happened twice in 2 separate ranked games where a player has disconnected and then no remake request was available... please fix and give me my lp back! :"(

Had this Happen today, actually so stupid disconnected at 00:1 and didn't even get an option to remake

This happened to me twice this week. I'm considering being done with LoL. It makes ranked SO frustrating when these preventable LP losses happen multiple times. I don't care if I report that person that I'll never see again and they get punished for it. That does nothing for me or my significant LP loss.
