Game is crashing during loading phase or as the game start

iv been dealing with it for a while but now it affecting too much my gameplay , the game (not every game , only 50% of them) crash at the start or during the loading screen , most of the time a little window appear saying if i want to report the problem or not , i reported some time at first but i abandonned after a while seing it did nothing at all . i had problem with my internet connection before so now im directly plugged to the router and i think my internet is pretty good , im having trouble with my computer cooling system and i dont know if that is the cause , i would be happy if anyone could offer me solution or thing i could attempt to find the problem , thanks for reading .
