Fizz bugs - summoners rift

There are two bugs so far as I can see.

First one: If the enemy has a fizz, who takes the scuttler and walks from the dragon pit scuttler to the other one, they still have the movement speed buff (without they taked that scuttler too) I posted this picture of it at my twitter: https://twitter.com/casadia_guy/status/621866146212544512/photo/1

Second one: Fizz can cast his E at the same time as he recalls. If you press B and fast his E he will recall and do his E at the same time, recall will end if he hits combat again but if he don't he will just recall while he is doing his E.

No video or picture from that, couldn't record it because PC isn't good enough.
