Certain abilities and inputs on Katarina stopped working mid game

Game started fine. Suddenly Q, R, and B don't work. Clicking them with mouse doesn't cast them either.
Binding them to other keys doesn't work. Keyboard types fine in chat. Abilities just stopped working... Lost game. :(
