[GAMEPLAY] Vladimir 'e' broken
Vlad's e doesn't hit all champions/minions that are in range of the e. Not sure how to add video but definitely was constantly happening.

Let me use maokai ult as a example, after it hits one person, it disappears... same concept for vlad's E.

Were people in the way of each other?
yes, cause enemies can block instances of it.
it will only hit the first enemy in every direction, but not enemies that stand behind other enemies.
i think that even stands in the description of the ability.
