Massive lags at EUNE

Game just runs on 70+ ms. Normally it is 35-40 ms. Just impossible to play. In moments lag just spikes. You are alive, then you are dead. No between, and there was no LeBlanc in game. All players in both teams are reporting the same problem. Please fix it Riot.
