[GAMEPLAY] Ekko proccing Energized procs before finishing Phase Dive

Just like TF, Ekko procs effects like Statikk Shiv before he actually Phase Dives to them.

1. Buy an item that has an Energized proc(preferably Shiv as the effect is visible)
2. Use Ekko's Phase Dive(E) and attempt to attack an enemy.
3. Statikk Shiv, if it is charged, will activate before Ekko finishes activating Phase Dive.

As you can see, the Shiv proc has activated on minions, but Ekko is still charging Phase Dive.
