Singed "Q" Activation

When attempting to activate Singed's Poison Trail, a very high percentage of the time (though seemingly random in occurrence) the ability fails to toggle on. The animation over the hotkey is cycled, however the cooldown does not activate, the character animation is not engaged, and the ability does not toggle/activate.
