[GAMEPLAY] Execute on Thresh

The entire Relic Shield line's passive of executing low health minions currently does not work on Thresh, but it still gives the health and gold if you land the last hit. However it still works fine on Braum.

This is not a bug. The execute portion only works on melee basic attacks, and Thresh is considered a ranged champion, not melee.

UNIQUE Passive: Spoils of War: Melee basic attacks execute minions below 200 Health. Killing a minion heals you and the nearest allied champion for 20 Health and grants them kill gold. Allies who benefit from Spoils of War also gain +1 to their minions killed score. These effects require a nearby allied champion. Recharges every 40 seconds. Max 2 charges.

Thresh has none projectile ranged AA's. Which is why people think he is melee.
