Getting punished for Riots broken game

In my games i had the ability to choose my champion but when it went into the game it would kick me out and no matter how many times i clicked reconnect it wouldn't. Even after i would restart league i reinstalled the most recent patch 3 times and it didn't help then i reinstalled the game twice before my games worked and when it finally did i got put on the low priority queue for 5 games so far and i don't know how many more.
