I got low priority queue because my game crashed

My League crashed after an update (couldn't enter the game after champion selection) and when it happened i reinstalled the whole game, but the same bug happened i had to reformat the whole computer to make it work because league couldn't uninstall properly... here what bugs me i got low priority queue for trying playing after i reinstalled the game but like i said didn't work like it should i never leave a game no matter what happens in it (if i does it's my computer that shuted down or the interenet that is gone) and also i'm a good customer and pay a lot for this game and last time i had low queue priority i didn't play for months... like seriously 20 minute to wait because a bug occured... and now it happens again... but this time i'm not just gonna wait, i already sended a ticket and now i'm making a post to make sure everyone sees it, Thank you and have a good game, Summoners
