LVL 110 Glorious Capsule not recieved

Hello , 5 min ago i lvl up to 110 lvl and it said i recieve a Glorious Capsule i logged in in the treasure menu and saw that there is no capsule in there i relogged and still no capsule pls help !

By treasure menu you mean loot right?

If so that's kinda weird.

Doesn't it change past level 100? It starts being ever 15 levels, or something like that?

You get glorious capsules every 10 and 25 levels. But every 25 levels is considered "a milestone", granting you XP requirement reset and new fancy border.
