Launcher is broken

Hi,

My launcher is broken. I constantly get disconnected (I don't have that problem on anything else and my internet connection is fine). Half the time, I don't see queues pop up and 9/10 when I manage to join a lobby, I get stuck in the lobby at 0. If I want to play the game, I need to kill the process in my task manager because only closing it does not work.

I've started having this problem a little over 1 month ago after a patch. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game 2 times, the 2nd time making sure I had absolutely nothing left of League of Legends on my computer, but the problem still persist.

What am I missing here?
