character is very shaky/glitchy

two bugs with this new update.

1- My gameplay is very shaky. My ping is steady at 60-65ms but my character is very very shaky/glitchy. I've tested this out with viktor and blitzcrank and both are very shaky during gameplay.

2- i am a mac user and when i hit command + H to minimize my LOL window, the game will still be present but very zoomed in. it will not minimize like its supposed to. only the dock bar shows up.
