Early Surrender failed

Had someone who DCed/Quit at very beginning, like no items never left fountain early. No remake available, had to suffer through 4v5, 8:30 in tried to FF, 3/4 said yes, which wasnt enough for early surrender, what the hell? Immediately after, another player quit because this game was over and there was no point staying. I followed suit because I'm not gonna waste more time just because this system is either bugged or stupid and someone either decided to be an idiot or accidentally hit wrong button. Either way, 3/4 with an AFK/DC should be enough to FF and move the hell on.
