[CLIENT] In-game tab screen shows only one champion per team

When you press tab in game to see the 5v5 screen with builds, CS, levels etc. it shows only one champion at the top, leaving the other 4 slots blank, per team.

It also overlaps on the enemy top slot, for example last game I had a blitzcrank overlapping a lee sin in the top slot, ineligible, and 4 empty slots below. A little annoying as I was laning against a Sion, I had to constantly ask what the enemy team was building.

It's happened twice now, and lasts the entire game. It makes keeping track of enemy CS, Build paths and items quite difficult.

Never happened on the previous client so assuming it's related to the new one.

If it happens again I'll remember to get a snap shot.
