Mouse Stutters and Lags in game

hey everyone, my cursor in game has been lagging and stuttering a lot since the pre season update. my cursor literally lags and it affects my gameplay by a major scale. ive searched on google but none rly helped. ive repaired the client and its still the same. please help. thanks in advance. i hope a rioter sees this. ive even searched through the riot mouse and keyboard help and disconnecting and connecting my mouse.
