Client becoming unresponsive during ranked champ select.

It has happened to me twice in the last two days, and once to my S/O partner while queue-ing for Ranked. Each time we lose 5ish LP and are given a 'penalty' of not being able to queue.

It's pretty frustrating to have it happening occasionally as the crashes add up pretty quickly to unavoidable 'lost games' when it happens 2-3 times... It seems to be client-related as it happens as I'm just sitting there waiting to do my pick or ban... then by the time I try to force close and relog, I have already been force-dodged. I don't think this is on my end either as we both have pretty nice computers and both have the same problem. We don't live in the same house either so it's not an ISP thing, we live in different countries actually.
